Suppressed Listing Resolution
Problem: A group of listings became suppressed or inactive because required catalog information was missing, incomplete, or inconsistent.
- Reviewed the affected listings and suppression reasons.
- Identified missing attributes, image issues, and compliance requirements.
- Corrected the product data through Seller Central or Flat Files.
- Checked the upload results and listing status.
- Opened Seller Support cases when direct updates did not resolve the issue.
Result: The catalog issues were corrected, allowing the affected listings to return to an active and compliant state.
Parent-Child Variation Repair
Problem: Child ASINs had incorrect or incomplete variation relationships, resulting in an inaccurate catalog structure.
- Reviewed the parent SKU, child SKUs, variation theme, and required attributes.
- Identified incorrect relationships and inconsistent variation data.
- Rebuilt or corrected the variation family through Flat Files.
- Reviewed the processing report and verified the updated catalog structure.
Result: The parent-child relationships were corrected, restoring a consistent variation structure.
Flat File Bulk Catalog Corrections
Problem: A number of listings across multiple brands required the same catalog corrections, which was not practical to handle listing by listing in Seller Central.
- Reviewed the listings and identified the attributes that needed correction.
- Prepared Flat File templates with the required product data updates.
- Submitted the uploads and reviewed the processing reports for errors.
- Corrected and resubmitted the rows that failed to process.
- Created Seller Support cases for the corrections that could not be applied through Flat Files.
Result: The required catalog updates were successfully applied across the affected listings while maintaining accurate and consistent product data.
